Hi, I’m Micaela. And I love acupuncture.

I have wanted to be an acupuncturist since I was 14 years old!

I was treated for seasonal allergies that left me feeling like I had the flu every morning and ringing in my ears. My pediatrician at the time told me that I was listening to my music too loudly and to take daily allergy medication.

I went to an acupuncturist instead.

And it was amazing! After acupuncture, I could hear again and my allergy symptoms were alleviated. I continued to go routinely to manage my allergy symptoms and that was the best choice I could have made.

This experience also inspired me to become an acupuncturist.

I am a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Pennsylvania and Colorado. I received my Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I own and operate my own acupuncture practice in Newtown, Bucks County, PA. In this practice, I see one patient at a time, which is incredibly unusual for an acupuncture practice (most see 2-3 at one time!).

One of my favorite parts of this medicine is how much space it creates for listening. So much of the support we need is the simple practice of being heard. I am so passionate about this medicine. I have such a deep respect for what it can do, what it can offer, what it can shift, and what it can open.

I have a particular love of treating reproductive health and fertility, hormonal imbalances, thyroid disease, digestive disorders, mental health, autoimmune disorders, and seasonal allergies.

Every person deserves to be heard and respected, especially in regard to their own health.
